There are three cutting tables with a vacuum system, each with a length of 24 meters. Bullmer automatic trolley for folding with electronic feed of the fabrics. Width of folding of the fabric: 2,40 m. Cutting of the folds is done with three belt knife machines with airbags. Automatic stitching machines and slot machines are also available in the fabric cutting area. To facilitate our customers, we have a CAD / CAM system.
A VEIT Fusing Machine is available also on the territory of the fabric cutting area, which allows for the simultaneous fusing of fabric with a width of up to 1.40 m, as well as a smaller machine for fusing of separate parts.
